What is a CoverCare Service Agreement?
Spacekraft appreciate and understand the importance to our customers of having their Multi-Sensory Environments and equipment in full working order for their users.
By having a CoverCare service agreement, you have the peace of mind that in the event of a component failure, professional help is on hand to get you up and running again as soon as possible.
Please note that you are covered by our initial 12 month warranty immediately following your installation. CoverCare can be supplied with your installation at reduced rate when years 2 and 3 are purchased together on your installation order.
What do you get?
When you take out a CoverCare Service Agreement you receive the following:
Preventative maintenance visits provided in each 12 month period, dependant on level of service agreement
Unlimited free call-outs
All visits made be SpaceKraft approved engineers
One of our experienced SpaceKraft engineers will visit your establishment and conduct the preventative maintenance visit. This includesd the following:
Emptying and cleaning of Bubble Tubes / Bubble Walls
General wipe down of equipment (excluding Softplay)
Removing and cleaning filters and lenses
Checking electrical equipment ensuring correct operation and continued safety
Ensuring products are fixed securely
Fixing / replacing faulty parts
Ensuring full function to the specification of the equipment
So how does it work?
You can purchase CoverCare at the initial point of order for a second year of cover, or a combined second and third year of cover for a reduced rate. Alternatively, you can also extend your cover upon expiry of your warranty
SpaceKraft can maintain any existing SpaceKraft installed sensory rooms that you may have. Please contact us on 01274 581007 for a quote.
How much does it cost?
We will provide you with a quotation based on your requirements, equipment installed and the number of rooms to be covered. As SpaceKraft operates a dedicated service team with our own engineers we can guarantee that your service requirements will be dealt with in an efficient and professional manner at an affordable price.
CoverCare is offered with a maximum 2 years of cover with additional years available upon review.
Terms and Conditions - CoverCare Service Agreements
Replacement and consumable parts and products are chargeable.
If no fault is found, call-out, and labour charges may apply. (£95 call-out, £35 per hour labour).
While we ensure that products are fit-for-purpose and this agreement does cover mechanical or electrical breakdown through normal use, it does not cover accidental damage or the consequences of excessive force or abuse.
Any component part going obsolete does not lead to the supply of a new, replacement main product.
