Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is SpaceKraft Ltd, Titus House, 29 Saltaire Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire, UK.
2. Eligibility
   Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   Employees of SpaceKraft Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
   One entry per person. Duplicate, bulk or automated entries will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
   To enter complete the entry form on www.spacekraft.co.uk.
   No purchase necessary.
   The competition opens on 8th September and closes on 15th December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. Prize
   The prize is a 1m Interactive Bubble Tube (50901). There is one prize available.
   Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
   The draw will take place on 19th December 2025.
   The winner will be notified by email/phone within 7 days.
   If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Publicity
   The winner’s name and county may be published on www.spacekraft.co.uk and associated social media channels. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
7. Liability
   The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or incomplete entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
8. Data Protection
   Personal data provided by entrants will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition and, where consent is given, for sending marketing communications.
   Marketing consent is optional and will not affect entry into the competition.
   Entrants can withdraw consent at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in emails or contacting enquiries@spacekraft.co.uk.
   Data will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy (see Privacy and Cookie Policy).
9. General
   The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition at any time without notice.
   By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
   This competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
